The crisis generated by covid-19 and the French government measures make it impossible to carry out Qualimat Transport certification audits on site for an indefinite period to date.
Consequently, Qualimat implements a series of measures in order to allow the continuation of the activity of Qualimat Transport certified transport companies in the context of this impossibility of carrying out third-party audits.
These measures are described in the Qualimat Transport reference documents:
- Addition of a technical position 5-001 “measures relating to the continuity of the Qualimat Transport system in the context of the covid-19 epidemic”. This technical position is of temporary application, from 03/17/2020 to 08/17/2020
- Addition of a technical position 5-002 ” Measures relating to the continuity of the Qualimat Transport system in the context of the covid-19 epidemic – Specific measures for transport companies with a certificate issued by Qualimat and for transport companies that must carry out a preliminary audit.”. This technical position is of temporary application, from 03/25/2020 to 08/30/2020
- Addition of a technical position 5-002 ” Measures relating to the continuity of the Qualimat Transport system in the context of the covid-19 epidemic – Specific measures for carrying out remote documentary audits.”. This technical position is of temporary application, from 03/17/2020 to 11/17/2020
Important: During the period of application of these exceptional measures, all of the requirements of the Qualimat Transport specifications apply. It is essential to ensure the continuity of compliance with good practices and to guarantee the safety of raw materials and compound feed intended for animal feed.
